- Right of Admission Reserved
All Guests will abide by the Estate Rules.
Keys must be handed in to Reception prior departure. Should you misplace your keys you will be held to a E100-00 fine.
Bushbaby Lodge, Nkonyeni Lodge and Nkonyeni Golf Estate at all times reserve the right of admission and accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may result from the legal and reasonable exercising of such rights. Bushbaby Lodge, Nkonyeni Lodge reserves the right to remove / have remove guests who are demonstrating intoxicated behavior, who boast a threat, discomfort or danger to staff, other guests and/or the building abd all of its contents.
Guest rooms reserved for one guest, will attract an additional charge should the guest-occupancy exceed the number of which it was booked.
PLEASE NOTE : No pets allowed on the premises.
- Payment
The accomodation account must be paid in full prior to occupying accomodation. All other account, damages and losses must be settled by the guest prior to departure.
Group bookings will be held liable to a 10% refundable breakage deposit before arrival. Bushbaby Lodge reserves the right to deduct any breakages from this deposit and refund you within 12 days thereafter.
- Loss or Damage to Bushbaby Lodge and/or Nkonyeni Golf Estate
Should Bushbaby Lodge and/or Nkonyeni Golf Estate suffer any loss or damage of any kind as a result of an act of omission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest, will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly.
- Valuables
Bushbaby Lodge or the owners do not accept any liability for loss or damage to any valuables or property belonging to guests or their visitors. This includes, but is not limited to photograohic equipment, laptops or other electronic devices, jewellery, cash and vehicles.
- Smoking, firearms and other hazardous objects.
For the comfort of our guests, Bushbaby Lodge is a strictly non-smoking establishment. Smoking is only allowed outside, away from all buildings.
No firearms and/or weapons may be kept on the premises.
The use of candles and gas / oil lamps is strictly forbidden, unless provided in the rooms.
- Excessive Noise
No Excessive noise-levels will be tolerated on the Estate. Guests are not allowed to play loud music from their vehicles or other equipment anywhere on the Estate or in the rooms. Magagement reserves the right, to their sole discretion, to control the noise level and timing. As per Estate rules, any guest making a noise after 10pm will be asked to leave the Estate immediatley. Please note no refund will be granted in a case like this.
General Indemnity:
Whilst every care has been taken by Bushbaby Lodge @ Nkonyeni to ensure the safety of guests and their possessions whilst enjoying our accomodation. Bushbaby Lodge and the owners do not accept any liability in the event of any loss or damage to persons or property experienced by a guest or visitor. Minors are the sole responsibility of the parents, gardian(s) or the person/s in whose care they are whilst using the facilities on the Estate or at Bushbaby Lodge @ Nkonyeni.
